About VFLN
Vietnam Franchising & Licensing Network (VFLN) is a non-profit organization established under the Ho Chi Minh City Union of Business Associations (HUBA). VFLN's mission is to promote and develop franchising & licensing in Vietnam, connecting domestic and foreign members, and connecting Vietnam to the world. VFLN members include Vietnamese & international professionals, organizations, industry experts, consultants, government agencies, media agencies and supply-chain partners operating in the franchising & licensing industry.

The Executive Board are members who hold senior positions or are founders of companies/organizations actively operating and reputable in the franchising or licensing industry in Vietnam. Board members participate voluntarily with the responsibility of contributing constructively to the organization, the industry and the community.
The VFLN Executive Board is elected for a 3-year term. The election is conducted publicly by voting of VFLN members with voting rights.
